Carrot slices with pistachio are made from 30 layers of dough. The ratio of dough is lower than other baklava. In its content, large amounts of coarsely ground peanuts are used. It consists of larger slices compared to other baklava. Its oil is slightly more abundant than classic baklava, but it has less sugar.
