Arabica class coffees, which constitute 75% of the production amount in the world, are produced in a very wide area. Especially Latin America, Middle and East Africa, India and Indonesia are preferred for the production of Arabica beans. Of course, the areas where this core grows must be higher than 600 meters! Arabica, which is also the origin of the Turkish coffee bean, is a very sensitive coffee plant. For this reason, it is easily affected by the fruits and spices found in the soil of the region where it grows. In other words, this is the reason why Arabica coffees are so different from each other. Requiring intensive care, Arabica beans are also more expensive than other types of beans.
