Mint in Turkey is fairly common spice.
From meat to soup, from vegetables to desserts, mint is one of the cornerstones of our cuisine with its fresh and dry taste. It goes well with meals and soups prepared with yoghurt. It should definitely be added to olive oil stuffed stuffing. It can be added to dishes made with okra, eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes. It is also a delicious sweetener of hot teas with lemon.
