Nadir Dolama is made of 12 layers of dough. It is wrapped in a wrap. Peanuts in large quantities are placed in between. Since the number of dough is less than other baklava, the cooking time is also less. Nadir Dolama is cooked at 170 degrees.

Ingredients: Granulated sugar, drinking water, wheat flour, plain oil, pistachio kernel, wheat starch, egg, table salt.

Shelf life: 15 days if stored in a cool and dry place.
